Do you live in Hawaii and own or want to own a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel
?
For the fourth year in a row we will be hosting a booth at Pet Expo at the Blaisdell Center on Saturday, May 8 and Sunday, May 9. Come along and meet some of our members and their dogs. If you stop at our booth first, then you can stop again before you leave and meet different dogs. We still need some volunteers to work in the booth with their Cavaliers in several of the two hour shifts each day. Send me an email and let me know if you would like to participate. See our dogs on the flier below:
Kualoa Ranch Fun "Run" Those of us who attended the Fun Run at the Ranch on April 10 had a beautiful day and a great time. Our great photographer, Gerald Luke, took these pictures on the trail and the last stragglers at the Finish.

Cutie gets her first point at Tropical Toy - April 11, 2010 This beautiful little girl, Akahi Chablis de la Belle Chateau ("Chablis"), owned by member Esther Ohta and handled by member Gerald Luke, got her first point at her first dog show. She is the daughter of Ch. Akahi Bella Nalo Whisper ("Bella"), and the handsome Teddy who was in our last newsletter looking for a new home (he found a great home).
Halloween
Party a Great Success The weather was perfect, the food was delicious and the Cavaliers had such a great time in their costumes and playing the games. There were 68 people and 46 Cavaliers in attendance. The games were really fun and we had clear winners in the Bobbing for Hot Dogs, the Kissing Contest and the Race to Owner (that dog can run!)
